Trafford Consulting is led by Scott Trafford, a systems delivery and integration leader with over 25 years of experience providing consulting, design, implementation, and operational leadership across business-critical platforms in manufacturing, distribution, and operational environments.Scott’s background includes long-term ownership of custom ERP platforms, large-scale integration pipelines, and high-volume transaction systems supporting day-to-day operations, financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and partner connectivity through EDI integration and API-based workflows.Today, Trafford Consulting applies that same delivery discipline to modern automation and applied AI initiatives — helping organizations improve efficiency, visibility, and operational reliability without introducing unnecessary complexity or risk.Recently, Trafford Consulting designed and built four reference implementations of agentic AI for the MACH Alliance's Agent Solution Studio: B2B order intake, post-purchase customer support, an intent-driven shopping assistant, and a product-catalog generator.
